Motorists are advised that Highway 881 will be closed temporarily.
Highway 881 will be closed from Aug. 31 at 4 p.m. to Sept. 1 at noon for maintenance on the rail track crossing north of Conklin.
There will be no detour. Motorists traveling to or from Fort McMurray may use Highway 63 as an alternate route.
Motorists should use caution in the area and obey all signs, message boards and flag people. Motorists are reminded that fines for speeding are doubled through construction zones when workers are present.
