With the premier making his final trip to Fort McMurray, MLA Guy Boutilier says he took the time to wish Ed Stelmach a “happy retirement.”
He says that he’s looking forward to the next chapter for Alberta, and he says that he’s sure the Wildrose Alliance will form the next government.
Boutilier was kicked out of the Progressive Conservative caucus in July of 2009, after speaking out over the government’s plan to shelve the previously announced long-term care facility.
