On September 22, 2011, at approximately 9:45 pm, a masked male entered the Spirit Uptown Liquor Outlet in the Thickwood area, and held a gun to the clerk while demanding money. The suspect was described as follows:
• white male
• mid 20s
• 5’8″ to 6’2″ tall
• 165-185 lbs
• wearing a black hoodie, blank pants, black gloves, and black face covering
• carrying a hand-gun
The suspect fled the scene on foot, running towards the Casman Center. Approximately $1000 in cash was stolen. No injuries were reported. The police investigation continues.
