Six months after having to evacuate their condos on Penhorwood Street, the owners will how have a major decision to make.

In a private website, the condominium owners will vote on where they want to go from here. Between October 10th and 17th, owners will need to decide between four options, which included selling the land, or trying to borrow as much as $35 million to rebuild the seven buildings.

More than 300 people had to leave their homes in mid-March, after the buildings were found to have structural inefficiencies.
