A fatal head-on crash on Highway 63 Sunday afternoon killed one man and closed the highway for most of the day.
Boyle RCMP say a mini-van heading south near Mariana Lake crossed into the northbound lane around 2:30 that afternoon and hit an SUV, killing the driver.
The driver of the mini-van and a passenger in the SUV survived.
RCMP say alcohol was not believed to be a factor, and that the road was snowy, slippery, and icy, with very limited visibility.
