The PC nomination race in Fort McMurray-Wood Buffalo has its fourth candidate.
Local school teacher Andrew Highfield announced his candidacy today, joining councillor Mike Allen, Macdonald Island board chair Nick Sanders, and public school board chair Jeff Thompson.
Highfield says his teaching experience makes him the ideal MLA to build relationships with the government.
He is the first candidate who was born and raised in Fort McMurray.
