The Progressive Conservative Party has their candidate for the upcoming provincial election.
Councillor and business owner Mike Allen will be running for the MLA spot in Fort McMurray-Wood Buffalo this spring.
Allen was up against high school teacher Andrew Highfield, public school board chair Jeff Thompson, and MacDonald Island board chair Nick Sanders.
Allen will be running against incumbent MLA Guy Boutilier, who will be running for the Wildrose Party.
