Together we can support local healthcare and the Baby Friendly Initiative.The Baby Friendly initiative brings together community agencies, health care professionals and interested community members to promote, protect and support breastfeeding in the municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Fort McMurray will be the first community in Alberta to achieve Baby Friendly status from the Breastfeeding Committee for Canada.
