RCMP are joining Occupational Health and Safety in investigating the death of a 32 year old Fort Chipewyan man.
The man died sometime between Saturday night and Monday morning near Lake Athabasca in the Goose Island area.
He was employed as a guide by Golder Associates Limited and was driving to Fort Chip from a camp on a snowmobile.
Police say an autopsy will shed light on the exact cause of death, but that it looks like the frigid weather played a factor.
