An investigation is underway after a small fire at Syncrude. On Friday evening, the fire broke out, and two employees suffered minor injuries. One person was treated on site, while another was taken to hospital, treated and released. There is no information so far as to the cause of the fire, and the company says it isn’t known whether there is any impact into the production side of things.
