Premier Alison Redford says she wasn’t too rash in suspending Asia trade representative Gary Mar.
Mar was suspended after being accused of using his position to raise money to pay his campaign debts. He claims he did nothing wrong, but Redford says suspending him without pay is the right thing to do while an investigation finds out what happened.
The man who set up the fundraisers is publicly calling Redford “stupid” for suspending him before all the facts are in.
