The collision investigation into the death of Linda Tremblay, the pilot truck operator who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Secondary Highway 881, will be coming to close as the accused pled guilty to numerous charges yesterday in court.
Darcy Earl Lemaigre was convicted of Impaired Driving Causing Death, Operation while Disqualified, Taking Motor Vehicle without Consent, as well as two counts of Failing to Comply with Conditions.
Lemaigre was sentenced to 4.5 years in jail.
