Despite recent controversies, the Wildrose Party continues to lead in public support according to a new poll.
Leger Marketing says Danielle Smith’s party has 42 percent support with the PCs still behind at 36 percent.
But 18 percent of voters are still undecided.
“A 6 point lead for Wildrose may be hard for the PCs to overcome on Monday,” said Leger vice-president Ian Large. “But with one in five still undecided, the final week of campaigning will be critical for all parties.”
Outside of Edmonton and Calgary, the Wildrose has a much larger lead; 49 percent to 34 percent.
