The upcoming municipal council by-election has its third candidate.
Matt Youens announced his candidacy on twitter today, as well as a campaign website at electmatt dot c-a.
There’ll also be another ballot for the by-election.
Public School board trustee Stephanie Blackler has resigned, meaning her seat will also be filled at the by-election on June 25th.
