It was record-setting heat in Fort McMurray yesterday.
Environment Canada says the thermometer hit a high of 32.9 degrees yesterday, breaking the old record of 32.2 set all the way back in 1953.
Today’s high is the same at 33, though it wouldn’t be record-breaking; back on July 10th of 1969, the temperature was 34.4 degrees.
