A massive province-wide study on cancer is coming to Fort McMurray this week.
AHS’ Tomorrow Project wants to enrol 50,000 Albertans from age 35 to 69 who’ve never had cancer.
The study will try to help find out what causes cancer, and what can be done to prevent it.
Fort McMurray is one of only two places outside Calgary and Edmonton that the study is coming to this month.
The study will be set up at the Merit Hotel from Tuesday until Friday.
