A 27 year old man is dead after a workplace accident in Gregoire last week.
Occupational Health and Safety says the man was found at 5am a week ago after getting his glove caught in the rotating part of a laive he was working on.
It happened at Team Industrial Services on Macalpine Crescent.
He suffered severe injuries and died two days later.
OHS says he wasn’t found until well after the accident, because he was alone at the time.
A third-party inspection is ongoing to try and discover when the incident happened.
