Plans to bring international flights to Fort McMurray are moving along nicely, according to the Edmonton Journal.
Airport Authority CEO Scott Clements says he’s made pitches to 11 airlines in the past month.
Flights to Las Vegas and Denver could start up by November.
But there’s also interest from carriers in Minnesota, Utah, and San Francisco, California; as well as a good possibility of flights to Mexico.
