Lac La Biche RCMP have released some details about the fatal accident on Highway 881 at 1pm last Friday afternoon.
A black Ford Explorer was heading southbound on 881 and crossed the middle line into the path of a tractor trailer. A 41 year old female was deceased on scene while the other driver suffered minor injuries.
Police are still investigating and have not ruled out speed as a factor.
