BC NDP leader vows Gateway review pullout

B.C.’s NDP leader says even if the federal government approves the Northern Gateway pipeline, he’ll find a way to stop it.

Adrian Dix says if his party wins next year’s election, he’ll withdraw from the federal environmental review and set up a made-in-B.C. one.

He says that’ll allow the province to re-assert its authority over the proposed oil sands line.
