Help the Salvation Army give Hope to those in need this Christmas

It’s a traditional Christmas sight, and the Salvation Army kettles can be once again be found around town, looking to raise enough money to bring Christmas to those who otherwise wouldn’t have one.

The goal this year is to collet $185,000, all of which will stay in Fort McMurray.

Christmas kettles are set up at the Peter Pond Mall, Canadian Tire, Extra Foods, Sobeys, Superstore and Walmart daily noon – 9pm.

The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is one of Canada’s best known fundraisers. The iconic kettles can be found in nearly 2002 locations across Canada; 6 locations in Fort McMurray.
