Shell’s first deliverable, the Total Fitness Centre at MacDonald Island Park reopenes today.
This has come after weeks of renovation to double the floor space, and the addiction of new work-out equipment.
This is part of the Island’s $127-million expansion.
The official red ribbon ceremony will take place on the 22nd, and will include the official launch of the Mi Kids program and the Mi Kids Roots 73 clothing line.
The program is a new initiative that will help reduce financial barriers for kids participating in sport, recreation social and culture programs here in Wood Buffalo.
