Tomorrow at noon, the Fort Chipewyan winter road will open.
The load limit is 5-thousand kilograms.
It is recommended to use a 4×4 vehicle.
Work is still being done, so be careful when passing flooding crews.
The right of way will go to those traveling from Fort Chipewyan southbound to Fort McMurray.
You are advised that there is no services on the road and ce3ll phone coverage is limited, so be prepared for an emergency situation.
