The 34-hundred workers with the union that say that it would violate their privacy rights.
The Supreme Court of Canada is currently deciding on arguments it heard last month about a random alcohol-testing policy at an Irving Pulp and Paper Ltd. mill in Saint John.
Its decision in that case is expected to set a precedent nation-wide.
