One person is dead after a head-on crash on Highway 63 yesterday afternoon.
It happened a little before 2:30.
Boyle RCMP say a pickup truck was heading north when it lost control on the icy road and hit a tractor trailer that was going south.
The driver of the pickup was killed and the highway was closed for several hours between the 881 turnoff and highway 55.
After about seven hours, the highway reopened just before 10 PM.
Police say driving conditions on 63 are still poor.
