Enbridge is finding it difficult to incorporate everyone’s interest when it comes to the proposed Northern Gateway pipeline.
It’s heading back into federal review hearings this week in Prince Rupert.
The Canadian Press reports that Project Leader Janet Holder last week testified that incorporating everyone’s interest may even be impossible.
Several First Nations say that the review is not sufficient, and at least one band has filed for a constitutional challenge on whether it can change a decision that affects its rights.
The $6-billion line would take Alberta oil to the B.C Coast.
