Police are still looking for answers in a string of robberies that happened about 4 months ago.
On January 20th, around 6 at night, a man threatened a young woman at knife-point into her car at the downtown Walmart parking lot.
He forced her to drive to the CIBC ATM drive thru where she withdrew money for him before he fled.
The second was a similar incident the night after at 12:40AM at the Pizza 73 in Thickwood.
This time though the woman had no money at the drive thru bank, so he kicked her out and stole her car.
Neither was injured.
In the first incident the suspect is described as a white man in his early 30’s, 5’10” tall, wearing a green hat, a matching scarf wrapped around his face, and a yellow/orange jacket.
The second incident he’s described as a white man in his early 30’s, wearing a toque and matching scarf wrapped around his face, with a tan jacket and blue jeans.
