Suncor has finished scheduled maintenance to its Firebag SAG-D project north of the city.
It started the work May 1st and says it finished it last week.
It was done to one of it’s central processing facilities to support safe, reliable operations.
It now returns to planned production.
Last month was Suncor’s least productive for this year, production was down more than 50,000 barrels per day compared to March.
The 322,000 bpd in April was up 35% from last April.
