A local 28-year-old man is in hospital after allegedly falling from a downtown apartment balcony.
Police say it happened at the River Park Glen apartments on MacDonald Avenue just after 6 yesterday morning.
He’s in stable condition and the cause and nature of it all is still being investigated.
The case has become national news after the Toronto Star picked up the story.
It says the apartment building was the same one where police arrested Hanad Mohamed, who was charged with the murder of Anthony Smith in Toronto.
Smith appeared in a now-infamous photo with Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.
