More than two months after a pedestrian was hit and killed by a Diversified bus, police say they’re still investigating the case.
The bus hit the 51 year old man in Timberlea on a marked crosswalk on May 7th.
RCMP say the case has been sent for crown consultation, meaning they’re asking the crown to advise on whether or not to lay charges.
The man was initially flown to Edmonton in serious condition, but later died.
