Dredging work is all set to take place for two weeks at the mouth of the Snye, beginning next week.
The city was waiting on approvals from federal and provincial authorities that it’s now received.
Snye point, along with its access road, will be closed during this time, and boaters will need to use the launch at Horse Pasture Park in Waterways instead.
The city is asking people to steer clear and give workers enough space to get the job done.
