The federal NDP leader says he’d rather see Canada build a pipeline east than to build the proposed Keystone X.L oil sands pipeline to the Gulf Coast.
Tom Muclcair will be in Regina today to talk with Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall.
Wall disagrees and says he’d rather support moving Alberta oil sands bitumen to refineries in the Gulf Coast.
The two will also talk about scrapping the Senate, health-care, the economy and the federal skills training program.
