Day 3 of the driver-run taxi protest continues

Just a heads up, the driver-run taxi protest is going into its third day today over issues with the new vehicle for hire by-law.

It went into effect on the first and includes things like increased licensing fees, a newly appointed Chief Taxi Inspector and standardized metering.

Access Taxi and Wood Buffalo Co-op have told us they do have some drivers on the road whereas City Cabs, Sun Taxi and United Class Cabs have confirmed their drivers aren’t working.
