The city is closing one lane of MacDonald Avenue from March 10th until September to get back to constructing the Jubilee Plaza.
It says the sidewalk beside the plaza on MacDonald Avenue will also be closed, and occassionally so will the sidewalk on Hardin next to the plaza.
There will be signs and a flag person when needed.
