BREAKING : Police Activity at Shell Downtown

Police this afternoon have descended on the Shell Station at Franklin and Hardin Street, witnesses report seeing officers with their guns drawn as suspects were brought out of a vehicle.   RCMP have not yet released details regarding the incident.
