Wood Buffalo RCMP says it’s still investigating this morning’s collision between a high-load and the Hospital Street overpass.
Constable Natasha Lytwenko says once the investigation is finished, the lead officer will decide whether or not to charge the driver.
No word yet on when the investigation is expected to be completed.
