The one year countdown to the Western Canada Summer Games kicks off the August long weekend.
To celebrate, that weekend, the RCMP is bringing its Musical Ride horse show to MacDonald Island Park.
The Ride showcases 32 horses and riders that perform cavalry drills which have been choreographed to music.
2014 is the 138th year the Ride has been put on, and is seen by thousands of people every year.
