With temperatures over 30 degrees for most of the week, Alberta Health Services has issued a heat advisory.

It recommends that people take precautions and do things like staying inside in the hottest parts of the day, drink lots of water, and use sunscreen that’s at least SPF 30.

AHS says to also be aware of heat stroke symptoms, which include lack of sweat and disorientation.

The advisory is in effect until Sunday.
