Boyle RCMP is cautioning drivers travelling through the area.
They say a mix of freezing rain and snow has created hazardous conditions on Highway 63.
Reports say several vehicles slid off the black ice and into the ditch.
Police are reminding people to pack winter supplies and allow for enough travel time.
