Celebrations hit Jubilee Plaza today.
The RMWB is hosting opening ceremonies for WinterPLAY at 4:30 p.m.
Noralta Figure Skaters, Northwind Drummers and Dancers and the Fort City band are among the entertainment.
Other events tonight include the Shootout on the Snye and the Big Sugar concert.
