AHS lifts air quality advisory in Wood Buffalo

Alberta Health Services lifted the Air Quality Advisory for the Wood Buffalo Region that it issued on Jun. 29. It says the region is no longer being impacted by smoke from wildfires in the Northwest Territories and High Level.

Although there are still fires in the north zone meaning that air quality can change as quick as the winds. Because of that the precautionary air quality advisory that was issued on May. 26. will stay in place.
