A Ward 2 by-election candidate information session originally scheduled for Wednesday is being held Thursday instead in Fort Chipewyan from 1:30 to 3:30 in the municipal office boardroom.
The session will touch on the nomination process and campaign finances.
Interested Fort MacKay and Fort Fitzgerald residents are invited to contact the Elections Office at 780-743-7001 or elections@rmwb.ca to schedule a meeting.
The Ward 2 By-Election, which is being held to fill one seat, will take place on Feb. 8, 2016. Nomination Day is Jan. 11, 2016.
