Expect a phone call from your Mayor and Council Monday night.
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is hosting a telephone town hall at 7 p.m.
“Council invites our residents, wherever they may be, to join us for our first telephone town hall this Monday evening,” said Mayor Melissa Blake in a press release. “This is a great opportunity for residents to ask questions regarding the recovery process or any other issue or topic of importance to them – and we’ll be there to listen to them and provide the best answer possible.”
You’ll automatically receive a call inviting you to the town hall if you’ve registered with the Red Cross or have a landline in the region.
Otherwise you can register to receive a call or listen to a live audio stream online.
