RCMP looking for clues in 9-year-old missing persons case of Shirley Waquan

Police need your help in solving a nine year old missing persons case.

Shirley Ann Waquan was last seen in downtown Fort McMurray on Canada Day of 2007, the 48-year-old was reported missing four days later on Jul. 5.

Mounties continue to investigate her disappearance and note she was also known to frequent Edmonton.

Waquan is described as:

  • First Nations
  • Approximately 5’3” tall, weighing 198 pounds
  • Brown hair and brown eyes
  • A tattoo on her right wrist that says “SHIRL”
  • Missing several teeth
