The Fort McMurray Urban Market has announced a revised schedule for 2016, following delays to the start of the program because of the wildfire and evacuation.
The first Urban Market will be held on Wednesday August 10th, 2016 at Jubilee Plaza.
The Urban Market is an exciting and vibrant community event that hosts a variety of vendors, community groups and special events and offers residents fresh fruits and vegetables, handmade crafts, free-range meats, prepared lunch items, specialty coffees, ethnic food and much more.
“The Urban Market is a well-known community event and this type of event is important to the social fabric of our community,” said Natasha Hartson, project lead. “We believe hosting the Urban Market will provide a positive venue for residents to celebrate the many talents our community has to offer.”

- Wednesday, August 10th, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 17th, 4 – 9 p.m.
- Saturday, August 27th, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 31st, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday, September 10th, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 14th, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 28th 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
