Single game tickets and day passes for the upcoming Baseball Canada Cup are now on sale.
The tournament runs from Aug. 3 – 9, at the Ross Hennigar Ball Park in Thickwood and the ball diamond at Shell Place.
“We are delighted to announce the release of single game passes and day passes at this time,” said Jodie Cooper, Co-Chair of the 2016 Baseball Canada Cup Organizing Committee and Director of Sport and Recreation for the RRC. “In addition to full tournament passes, we also have available General Admission and VIP Day Passes, Single Game Passes and Family Night Passes. We also have passes available specifically for the final tournament games in which the Gold, Silver and Bronze teams will be determined.”
The tournament gathers ten teams of under-17 baseball players. Baseball Canada uses the tournament to help select players that may eventually play for the Junior National Team and the National Team. Scouts will also be on hand looking for the next college stars and potential MLB draft picks.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Shell Place Box Office at MacDonald Island Park.
