The Keyano College Huskies Men’s Soccer team extended their winning streak to four games over the weekend by sweeping the NAIT Ooks by a combined score of 7-2.

Francis Kailondo led the Huskies offensively with two goals over the weekend which gives him five on the season, good enough for a tie for First in ACAC Regular Season Action.

In four games, the Huskies have scored 21 goals, while only giving up four.

The Huskies are next in action this Friday on the road against the 1-1 Kings University and will cap it off Saturday night against the 3-1 Concordia University.

The Huskies next hit home turf on October 15th and 16th.

In Women’s Soccer, the Huskies weren’t so lucky as they remain winless after losing by a combined score of 13-1 over the weekend as they hosted NAIT.

The Ooks kicked off their weekend series with the Huskies by thumping the home squad 8-0 behind three goals from Kaily Mohn.

On Saturday night, Nataly Salas hit the scoreboard for the home team, but it was not enough as the Huskies fell short by a score of 5-1.

The Huskies Women’s team takes the field this weekend with a pair of away games. Friday night, they take on Kings University, while Saturday they take on Concordia University.
