Nominations for the Citizen Recognition Program close on Friday, giving you just one final week to nominate outstanding members of the community who work hard to improve the quality of live here in Wood Buffalo.
“Our region is full of inspirational people who deserve to be acknowledged for their important contributions to the community,” said Mayor Melissa Blake. “Let’s celebrate all those who make Wood Buffalo a better place by nominating outstanding people or groups for the Citizen Recognition Program.”
You can make nominations online at rmwb.ca/champions or in person at the Future Forward Building, the Rural Municipal Contact Offices and at Municipal Cashiers.

Nominees will be recognized at a celebration in January 2017.
