Motorists are being asked to be careful when approaching crosswalks and school zones especially now that we have fewer daylight hours meaning it’s harder to see pedestrians.
Pedestrians are being urged to use marked crosswalks only as they’re designed for increased visibility. You can also increase visibility by wearing reflective or lighter coloured clothing.
Photo radar vehicles will be located near the following areas for week of Nov. 14-20, 2016:
- Confederation Way
- MacKenzie Boulevard
- Thickwood Boulevard
- Highway 63 between Hospital Street and Beacon Hill
- Highway 69
- School Zones within the Urban Service Area

- Franklin Avenue and Tamarack Village Mall
- Franklin Avenue and Hospital Street
- Confederation Way and Paquette Drive
