Dunvegan Gardens and the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) will meet on February 16th at 6:30 p.m.

This meeting is open to the public but residents are encouraged to watch a live broadcast on The Municipality’s website.

“Due to the significant level of public interest in this matter and limited seating capacity, we encourage members of the public who do not wish to address the Board to follow the hearing via the livestream,” said Audrey Rogers, Chief Legislative Officer.

Members of the community also have the option to send in written submissions to the Clerk of the Board to express their comments. All submissions are due by 4 p.m. on Feb. 15 and will be included as evidence.

Before the hearing, a rally to support Dunvegan Gardens will be held outside of city hall from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Those wishing to speak in favour or against the appeal are encouraged to register with the Clerk prior to the hearing. The Board will impose time limits and strictly enforce them.

To register to speak or to submit written submissions, contact the Clerk of the Board at SDAB@rmwb.ca or 780-743-7001.
